ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

You will receive an email and Whatsapp message confirmation from The Shimmer House once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.

To check the status of your order, log into your account on the The Shimmer House website, and go to the My Orders section to get all the information.

The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at info@theshimmerhouse.com or message us on Instagram @theshimmerhouseclothing

Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways –

After you log in to your The Shimmer House account, go to the ‘My Account’ page and find the order number your wish to track. Click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status.

Please note that this link becomes valid only 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

Alternatively, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website

In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website in real-time, we will share the AWB number and the provider’s name with you via email, and on your account page. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is –

    1-Go to the service provider’s website

    2- Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status

We process and ship every order within 24-48 business hours of receiving it. Your order will get delivered within 4-7 working/business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

For international orders, the average delivery time is 7-12 business days depending on the country of residence.

Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to get in touch with our Customer Care team at info@theshimmerhouse.com or message us on Instagram @theshimmerhouseclothing within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform when Whatsapp confirmation is asked for, so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is free on orders over Rs 500. There is a shipping charge of Rs 50 on orders below Rs 500

There are no hidden charges but there is a Cash on Delivery charge of Rs 100 on COD orders.

We are partnered with shiprocket and they use the following leading courier companies. Delhivery Xpressbees, Amazon Delivery Service, DTDC and Ecom Express for shipment in India. All international orders are sent through DHL and FedEx.

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team team at info@theshimmerhouse.com or message us on Instagram @theshimmerhouseclothing  Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

The Shimmer House returns and exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased from The Shimmer House website for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note WE DON’T PROVIDE THE PICK-UP SERVICE, you will have to self ship the items. The courier services will be borne by the customer itself. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 7-days Exchange Policy:

1- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

3- Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.

4- If you self-ship, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

5- Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated.

6- In case the items handed over to the courier person don’t match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly

7- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return. You can inform us via email or on our Instagram clothing account.

Clearance sale will be mentioned on those specific products.

You can return products purchased from The Shimmer House within 7 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps –

Please self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We request you to share the courier details with us . Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email or inform you on Instagram as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

No we don’t provide the pick up service. You will have to self ship the products on the following address.

Please inform us(raise the request) about the exchange within 2 days pf delivery of the items. You can self-ship the products you wish to exchange by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return/exchange request.

Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return/exchange request will not be considered.

Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your order (minus any shipping and/or COD charges) back to your account as The Shimmer House Store Credits. You can use your store credits on future orders.

At the time of your next purchase, please sign in with your registered email ID to view and use your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.

Please note, store credits cannot be used to cover shipping and COD charges.

For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by emailing us on info@theshimmerhouse.com or messaging us on Instagram @theshimmerhouseclothing

1- You need to send a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures.

2- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red

3- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.

We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution. Any such complaint raised after 24 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an order through the The Shimmer House website until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at info@theshimmerhouse.com or message us on Instagram @theshimmerhouseclothing

For order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

If the payment was made by using The Shimmer House store credits or mobile wallet, you will receive the refund amount into your Store Credits or mobile wallet within 24-48 business hours.

If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT POLICY

Just go through these simple steps to place an order on our website –

1- Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click “ADD TO CART”

2- Go to your cart page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy

3- You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’ or enter your Gift Card code if any by clicking on ‘Redeem Gift Card’

4- Click ‘CHECKOUT’

5- Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a Guest User or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.

6- Enter your shipping and billing address

7- Choose from prepaid & COD payment options

8- Re-check your order details

9- Click on “Place Order”

10- In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.

11- For international orders, we do not offer the option to pay cash on delivery.

12- Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and a Whatsapp message confirmation with all your order information.
