Returns/ Exchanges

At THE SHIMMER HOUSE, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

  • No refund available. Don’t worry these products are exported to European countries so there is no need to worry about the quality.
  • You can *exchange* the merchandise for a different size but you have to courier the item back to us.
  • NO REFUND/ EXCHANGE available on clearance Sale items. “Clearance Sale” will be mentioned in the Heading of the product.
  • No returns available on the fabric napkins.
  • You may exchange the merchandise for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective—you may return or exchange the merchandise.
  • For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date which these goods were delivered.

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
