What is your return policy?

We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within
07 days of delivery for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to the original source or bank transfers on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

-Please be aware that a return/exchange pickup fee of Rs.150 will be applied.
-Any request that is reported after 07 days of delivery will not be accepted.
-Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.

What is the return policy for sale items?
Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns and refunds. (All styles under Flat  50% OFF & above cannot be returned) Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.

What is the return policy for custom made orders?
Any items made as per custom measurements are not eligible for returns and refunds.

What is the return policy for items purchased under combo offer?
Any items that are a part of a combo offer are not eligible for returns and refunds.

Can I make an exchange?

What is your Cancellation policy?

You are entitled to cancel your order before it is processed. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by email: info@theshimmerhouse.com

How does returns & store credit work?

For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online and will be shared to you via email.

In order to make use of your store credit, look for “Have a Gift Card?” option during checkout.
Use the gift card as a discount coupon code to use your store credits.

STORE CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Note: SHIPPING FEES AND CASH ON DELIVERY FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE and won’t be credited back.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@theshimmerhouse.com within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images. 


What if I receive the wrong product?

In case a wrong product is delivered, email us at info@theshimmerhouse.com along with the product images and the order number within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.


What if a product is missing from my order?

In case a product or products are missing from your order, you can  email us at info@theshimmerhouse.com within 48 hours of receiving the products and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
